Emilie Bell makes these peanut butter truffles for her boyfriend, Will, and he just loves them. She hopes you will love them, too!
Mix together in a large mixing bowl:
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups powered sugar
Blend well.
Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
Dip balls into melted dipping chocolate or almond bark.
Let truffles set on wax paper until firm.
Note: Emilie likes to drizzle colored almond bark on the top of each truffle for decoration. For the Church Bake Sale, she swirled red melted almond bark in the shape of curly q's and they looked so pretty!
