1. The third anniversary of Pastor Lydia's first church in Russia.  You can see how large the congregation was.  The building where they  worshiped ironically was the Regional Communist Propaganda Center.

2.  Pastor Lydia's second meeting with the First Lady of Russia - Naina Eltsin.

3.  The opening of Pastor Lydia's church shelter - her choir is on the stairs.  Pictured is Ken Lutgen - the General Secretary of the United Committee on Relief (he is now at the Blue Ridge UMC) and Rena Yokom, also from the GBGM - the General Board of Global Ministries.

4.  Young girls in a women's prison in Ekaterinburg, where Pastor Lydia's church started a program on evangelism and distributed humanitarian aid.

The place was so small, it held 30-60 girls in one room with no windows.
